Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1976 CJ-5 man, no extra equipment, electric fuel pump, tank lines

This has a six banger, I have done everything to make it run smooth. new carb, electric fuel pump, new manuel fuel pump, plugs many times, cap, rotor, cmplete distributor, ignition module, wires, grounds, fuel tank, lines

Well I hate to tell you this but you missed the first step that any old time tune up man is a shop did as his first step, a compression test on the engine. If there is a difference in compression between cylinders of more than 25% the engine will never run smooth. Take a compression test and get back to me with the numbers if you would like to.
