do lead additives have to be added to gas,can you still purchase this product. also steering is really loose,is there any way to tighten up slop in steering wheel?? thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

So that you car will run as designed, You can purchase lead additive from any auto zone or other auto part store. Just put in a tank of unlead fuel and add a can of lead, and you are good to go.

As for the steering, it sound like you may need new steering rods. But before you do that, check the power steering belt and fluid to make sure these are OK first and check the power steering joint for wear. If the steering rod haven't been change in years, its time.
