the engine cuts off when stopping while into a turn. It starts back up everytime

If I understand you correctly, your engine is cutting out while turning or stopping. Does it ever cut out while driving? It sounds a bit unusual to only cut out while turning or stopping. Also, when you say it start back up, do you mean it automatically start back up or do you have to start it? These are two distinct problems.
