Classic/Antique Car Repair: 67 vw beetle problem, wd 40, moving parts

I had garaged my 67 beetle for a couple of years, and now the parking brake won't disengage...I can lower the handle, but the wheels are still locked.  Can you help me with that?

This is usually the case after a car sit for a long time. Sounds like the parking brake linkage is frozen. If that is the case, get under it with a can of WD-40. That should do the trick. Also, check to make sure the linkage hasn't come loose. It is a good idea to oil and exercise all moving parts after sitting for two years.
