I OWN 1964 CHEVY WITH A 327 MOTOR I PURCHASE THE CAR FROM A OLD GUY A FEW WEEKS BACK. I PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY AND A NEW STARTER BUT CAR BEEN SETTING ABOUT 2 YRS IN HIS BACK YARD. BUT THE ENGINE ROTATES BUT WILL NOT START WHAT CAN IT BE.
