i live in southern california warm weather!
1- WHAT TYPE TRANSMISSON FLUID?
2- WHAT TYPE OF OIL GRADE?
3- WHAT TYPE BREAK FLUID?

Answer
The transmission takes GL-4 grease in the SAE140 weight.  Do NOT use GL-5 grease!

The oil should be a good grade of SAE40W oil, detergent type - I use NAPA "Premium" oil - it's expensive, but good stuff!

For brake fluid, use DOT3 fluid, unless it has been converted to use silicon fluid.

I live in Southern California warm weather too (Temecula!)
