Classic/Antique Car Repair: No dimmer Switch, 31 ford, dimmer switch

I just purchased a 31 Ford 2 door sedan and it has no dimmer switch. What do I need to do and how?

I think you should take it right back to the Ford dealer and complain!

Seriously, these lights are so dim at best that you don't need to dim them, but the headlight switch in the steering wheel is the only control on the headlights - there is no dimmer switch per se.  Experiment with the switch to see what settings it has.
