Classic/Antique Car Repair: blower question part 2, chevelle ss396, pig tail

Question
Sorry, I guess my question wasn't very clear.  I have a 66 Chevelle SS396 w/factory air.  This car is all original but came to me not completely reassembled after the motor was rebuilt.  THe purple wire that comes from the heater relay is the hot for the blower (according to the wiring diagram I have), but there is no where to plug it in.  There is only one connector on the blower housing and that already has a (spliced) black wire going to a condenser (ignition suppressor?) on the firewall. I think this should be going to my purple wire instead but I don't want to cut this wire unless I am pretty darn sure because if I am wrong then it's not going to be easy to get at that condenser by the fender.

Answer
Ok, I think that I understand the question now. If memory serves me well enough, that condenser pig tail plugs into the side of the lower motor or the flange of the motor. The purple wire from the relay should then plug into that connector and so should the condenser wire. The condenser is to eliminate static in the AM radio when the blower is running.
