Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1949 ford f150 engines, hemmings motor news, ford f150

My son bought a 1959 Ford F150 and got two spare engines and many other extra parts.  He wants to sell them but we have no idea what they might be worth.
Can you give me a ballpark or tell me where I might find this information?

My best answer is to pick up a copy of Hemmings Motor News, the worlds largest classified ad book for the auto hobby. Check them on line at www.hemmings.com. As to the value a lot depends on the condition and the rarity of the engines. Good Luck.
