WHERE IS THE NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH LOCATED ON A ON 1963 CHEVY IMPALA SS

I'm assuming you have an aluminum case Powerglide transmission (there were 4 different transmissions you could have in 1963), and that you have a column shift rather than a floor shift, and if so, your neutral safety switch is part number 1993618, and it is on the driver's side of the transmission.  It will be the only thing on the side of the transmission that has wires going to it.
