Why is there excessive fuel vapors in crankcase? Sometimes oil spews out vent tube.   Also, why does the "G" light in dash stay on after engine turns off?

excessive vapors come from Improper crankcase ventilation, presuming your carb is working correctly, and not dumping excess fuel.

Try istalling a PCV valve if you don't have one. Run it from the valve cover or buy an aftermarket oil filler cap with a vacuum tap already on it.
