Classic/Antique Car Repair: 70 olds vin, w30 w31, bbl carb

I have tried the vin links posted under answers for such, but this has a 13 digit vin, and those links will not recognize it, i am curious as to if it has a W-30, W-31, or W45 package, and no I don't know what those are, anyway thanks vin is 364370C106824

Hi- Well back  when I was hot rodden  I remember the 442 olds hurst.  they were Hi.Per. codes back then. olds used them for a long time.w-25 was the option for the ram air hood, w-30 and w-31 was w/out a ram hood than in 1970 the 442 w30-w31 also the cutlas  with  w-30 & w-31 and w-32 , in 1973  Olds came out with the famous HURST 442.meaning that it was a 4-speed with a 4 bbl. carb and with twin ex.system. there were a few types of model back than
