Classic/Antique Car Repair: power brakes, 1966 chevy caprice, chevy caprice

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1966 Chevy Caprice, 283 w/ PG & ps & pb. I rebuilt the master and all wheel cylinders when I got the car 7 yrs ago. After first long trip this season, I noticed the brakes were a little low. bla----took ms apart and some black dirt there. All apart, cleaned, all looked good. Plunger won't return to full return unless I release suddenly. Plan A is to rebuild it again, $20.00 or Plan B install a 2 bowl master cyl.$30.00 or so. Will a '67 ms bolt up or is a '67 booster needed too? There shouldn't too much a prob w/ the plumbing.
Sorry for making this so long but I know you need facts.

QUESTION: Gee, if you don't know if a '67 ms will bolt up to a '66 how can you passably know a '67 booster will. A wheel cyl is leaking? Nothing gives a hint to that. You don't seem to know a thing about chevys, you must be a ford guy or girl. Again, you need to learn how to say "I don't know the answer" instead of looking for brownie points.
