ANSWER: Did you burp it?

When you added new fluid did you run it up to temp with cap off until it burped?

Trapped air will do it every time..try that and get back with me

Or if you tried that get back with me anyway and I'll resume thinking about it..lol

QUESTION: Hey Mike I have tried burping it and then i ran the car but it still overheats when in stop and go traffic

Answer
Man still problems

Ok did it burp? I mean you will see it gurggle for awhile, up, down, up etc then all of a sudden a big pizza and beer belch then level drops down.

How about this, dont get me wrong by asking but is thermostat upside down?

Or how about the radiator cap?

Do you have clutch fan?, clutch goes bad...
I know you said you added electric fan to front, I myself like a puller fan where fan is behind rad

Or in the end you need to replace your water pump.

Or the bad one and thats clogged arteries in the motor that simple flush wont fix:(

triple by-pass

Mike...keep me posted
