Classic/Antique Car Repair: Engine size 216 or 235, motor options, overhead cam

Question
I have a 1950 chevy Deluxe 4 door,standard transmission,Where can I find the size of the engine?

Answer
Hi,
I'M leaning towards the 216.5 cubic inch six which put out 92 horsepower at 3400 rpm and 176 ft-LB of torque at 1000 to 2000 rpm in 1950.

I've looked around for different motor options for that year and came up blank.

The 216 is straight six with I do believe overhead cam.

Hope this helps
Mike
