Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1969 corvette turn signal, liquid wrench, signal light

Question
Roger,
I have a burned out front turn signal light and have removed the front cover to expose the light bulb.  However, I'm having some trouble in getting the light out.  I don't want to break anything so can you tell me if the bulb simply pulls out or do I need to access it from the back (engine compartment) side?

Many thanks,
John

Answer
John,
HI- the bulb should turn right out , if it is stuck , you can spray some liquid wrench all around the back of it and into the sides of the socket let it stand for a few hours any way than it should turn out. if not you might end up replacing the  socket but only if you can not get it out, get back if you run into trouble.
