Classic/Antique Car Repair: 66 Mustang Trans. leak, tiny drip, torque converter

Question
HiRoger--I had my trans. pulled last May. All seals and gaskets were replaced.  Have had intermittent leaking since then.  Leak at bell housing was suspected.  Mechanic at Aamcco corrected. Leaking stops for a while then starts again. Pan and gasket changed 3 times-torque converter replaced--tailhousing gasket bet. trans. and driveshaft replaced..drove it Sunday to a show..1 tiny drip--5 days later a big puddle. The mechanic is an older guy who "knows" 60's cars...bought the extended warrany--been back 6 times..what do you think?

Answer
walt;hea I guess im a old guy I know my way around 50s  and 60 s and 70s , but young enough to still have fun.I wonder how old that guy is 1960 cars or 1860 cars or horse and wagons lol. I think you should find another guy to do your tranny work, with all you have had done to it you could have had a good raceing tranny and converter put into it with all new heavy duty gaskets, valve body etc.etc.
