Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1970 chev pickup, hood adjustment, inch max, chev

Question
what is the correct way to adjust the hood on this vehicle so that when you close the hood you do not have push each side down by hand on the end closest to the windshield in order for the hood to be completely seated?

 Hi - was it hit ? well  I would  tighten  up the two bolts on the back right and left hood bracket ,  and see if that will draw them in first , if not than you  might have to adj the  hinge brackets , , you will need a buddy to help you and  than loosen it a little and bring it down apx. 1/4 inch. max. no more . than it should be fine. .
or you just might have to play with it till you get it where you want it..   ok
