Classic/Antique Car Repair: 77 Corvette Steering, 77 corvette, ok check

Question
My '77 'vettes frontend wants to severally pull to the right. I've had the frame measured,it's OK. Replaced all worn frontend parts, replaced one bad left rear trailing arm. The four way alignment is now dead on. Still pulls to the right, could this be the steering control valve?
Maybe a valve sticking in that unit?
The car drives perfectly down the road, then with the slightest steering wheel movement past dead center the car wants to shoot right. I've dropped some $800 into this problem with no luck, can you help?

HI - it sounds like you did everything the right way so far - but have you checked the front brakes ? if it is pulling to the right I would pull the front wheels and see if the brakes / calipers are sticking , as it will do what you have going on now. I would look into the brakes locking up or pulling  on that side , prior the gear box.  ok check out the front brakes...
