Classic/Antique Car Repair: Motor fitting, cowl induction hood, car parts catalogs

I have a 72 El Camino and I'm putting a 350 ramjet motor in it and I'm questioning myself if a 2" cowl induction hood will accept the throttle body or not.

as far as the carb linkage I think it should fit if it is only a two inch diff. can you try to measure it to see how hi it is.? I would take a 2x4 and lay it acress the two fenders  on a car with that engine in it or like it a quad. or 4bbl. etc. than use a ruler to see how far the top of the carb goes to the 2x4 and than do the same to the 72 el camino this should work for you,  and if you have a cowel hood now it should fit / I would think so - and you can find throttle lines , etc. in  most speed shops or in car parts catalogs if  need be.and it is fairly easy to make up some lines now a days, but I think  it will fit.
