Classic/Antique Car Repair: CAR PULLS, inshurance, auto accident

I HAVE GOOD TIRES ON MY CAR AS I GOT THEM FROM MT BROTHER AND THE RUBBER HAS A LOT OF TRED LEFT.THE FRONT END DOSENT PULL OR ANY OF THAT ONLY WHEN IT RAINES AND I HIT THE BRASKE I GO ALL OVER THE ROAD NO MATTER WHAT I'AM ON CEMENT-BLACKTOP ETC. DO YOU KNOW WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS .

 ok first I would like to say that i'am sorry I took so long with this one but there must have been a mix up as I try to get to all daily..

ok you say the car dos'nt pull if you are driving straight and let the wheel go it will still be ok ? if yes i bet it is the tires as you say that the tires are good ok - but are thay all the same SIZE ?  and also the same BRAND ?  if no // that is why you are going all over as some times when tires are mixed brands what is happening to you happens to other people and if you were in a auto accident and the cops or the inshurance co. looked and noticed that the tires are not all the same or mixed, in some states and even some insh. companies will not honor your policy due to that. if it is not the tires it is the anti -brake system if you have one as if it has anti lock up brakes thay will cause that to happen with some cars and with some tires. but again if you do not have all the same brand co. tires and if thay are not all the same size that is why ok as it can be serious as you could have a accident ok
be carefull bigw45.   check those tires you can have brand new tires but if they are all not the same bingo- trouble can happen ? as like you have good luck
