Answer
I need you to tell what the noise sounds like:

For example, is it a rubbing or grinding noise?

Is it a squealing noise?  If so, can you make it do it by turning the wheel without the car moving?

Is it a clunking noise?

Does it some from one side or the other?

Can you feel it in the car?  Where (steering wheel, floor?)

Are you sure it is coming from the front?

Does it matter if you are going straight or turning?  How hard do you have to turn to get the noise?

What have you checked:  Strut rod bushings?  Shock absorber mountings?   Power steering belt tension?  Ball joints?   Upper or lower?

Let's take baby steps here, maybe we can track it down.
