Answer
Hi Danny:

Never FILL the cylinders and replace the spark plugs and try to turn the engine.  1st you couldn't turn it by hand, and if you used the starter motor you WOULD damage the cyl head at the least. (fluid does not compress).  If you've left the plugs out and are trying to turn by hand- (or with a wrench onthe crank pulley nut) then that is O.K. You may not be able to free the engine if it is really stuck bad and in that case a complete tear down would have to be done. Just keep at it and try to turn it over with a socket wrench and breaker bar on the crankshaft pully nut- try to work it back and forth to get some movement. If the nut comes off, then put it back on and only turn in the one direction.

Wire rims can get corroded and locked on the hub. Best thing is to jack up the rear end and support solidly so it WON'T fall. then take off the center hub nut and squirt in  a rust buster  like "Busty" or another rust penetrating oil repeatedly (like over several days) and try to work the rim off the hub, wiggling it and hammering at alternate / opposite points on the inside of the rim. Try to pull and push and just keep at it.  Let me know how it works.
