I'm looking for a quarter window seal, I found the seal-but the guy said that the chrome strip for it might not work and suggested a company called USA Auto parts? I'm unable to find any phone number for them or this part-it for a 69 cadi. coupe deville
If you know where I may find parts for this particular make, I would greatly appreciate the advice. Thanks for you time.

Steele Rubber Products does a very good job with parts for these cars.

Their catalog shows part number 50-0344-80 as right for your car, if I understand correctly what you are looking for. I see no mention of a chrome strip, however.  Perhaps you will need to discuss this with someone at Steele to sort out if their part accomodates you trim piece, or can be modified to do so.
