Dodge Repair: low fan speed relay: 96 minivan

where is it located and how do i get to it, do you have a diagram?  1996 chrysler mini van p1490 part number

Hi Connie,
That fan relay is located at the very front of the left side frame rail, on its inner surface just behind the bumper. I would believe you will find it by lying on the ground and looking up from underneath the bumper.  It has a 4-pin plug. It is a single relay for both fan speeds, so just replace it.
