Low beam headlights out on 1999 doge 350 van, how do I find problem,

Hi Van,
If this is a rear drive van I don't have a manual for it. The earliest truck manuals I have are '04. What would be the model of your vehicle that would be similar if it were an '04 model and I could look into that wiring diagram.

Is it like a Ram Pick-up, Durango, Dakota, SR-10 or not? If so, I will look at my manuals, otherwise as stated in my "expertise" summary I am limited by not having wiring diagrams for '99 models. Without wiring diagrams there is no way to give you information as to what to look for.
