Dodge Repair: Dodge Caliber Error Codes P2004 and 2007, dodge caliber, emission test

My daughter's Caliber has error codes P2004 & P2007.  Is this something serious?  She failed emission test today, going to go to Autozone tomorrow.

Those code refer to Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed on both bank. Let me know the year and engine in the Caliber and I may be able to suggest what to do.
