i am getting power to r rear taillight but the signals or brake light does not work

Hi Ahman,
Unfortunately I don't have the Ram wiring diagrams. But my first thought is that the bright filaments in the bulb(s) for the turn signal/brake light is burrned out. So take a look there to begin with. If that looks OK, then check the wiring harness nearby.
