Dodge Repair: Fault code 0132, catalystic converter, air mixture

Question
what do i do when my truck is running rich and when im driving at a low speed it acts like it want to cut off as if im not getting the correct air mixture or when im driving and press the gas it bogs out but dont cut off i changed 2 sensors the up stream and down steam on the catalystic converter but still have a 132 code

Hi Andre,
That code means that the 12v wire to the sensor heater is shorted to the output signal wire of the upstream sensor. So take a close look at the the wiring from the tip of the sensor to the plug/socket and also the wires in the harness as far as you can follow them to see if you can find a point where insulation has been melted.
