Dodge Repair: 1997 dodge 2500 front axle seal, reputable repair shop, dodge 2500

i had the rotors turned,and damaged the oil seal on the passenger side.i have every thing taken down up to the gears in the diff. housing,i have never taken the gears apart in a front or rear end housing,cant really afford to use a mechanic.thank you for any direction
