Dodge Repair: cluster, drb iii, dodge 2500

Question
i have a 2000 dodge 2500 deisel and the cluster quit working. the warning indicators all light up when you cycle the ignition switch but none of the gauges function. I've checked all the fuses and relays and all are good. Any advice? Took it to the dealer and had it hooked to the scan tool no codes and no communtcation with cluster.

Answer
Unless you have access to Chryslers DRB III diagnostic scan tool there would be no way to diagnose your problem. With that said, the cluster on your truck has more than likely failed. You might be able to get one from a junkyard and it might even work but the odds are against it. You should look into going to a dealer for a proper diagnosis and/or getting a new cluster.
