Dodge Repair: Brakes locking up, dodge grand caravan, question pool

Question
I have a 2002 dodge grand caravan with a 3.8 v6
My front brakes started to drag and smoke ( both sides
I started to replace calipers but notice that the cylinders were freely moving if i let fluid drain out.
After some checking I found that if I pull out the ABS Fuse the brakes seem to work fine other then the ABS and Brake light being on. Once I replace the fuse the brakes start dragging again. Any thoughts?  Joe

Answer
I just found this question in the Question pool so I'll do my best to help you. It would appear that you have a soleniod energizing in the ABS ECU. This would cause the brakes to drag in the fashion you described. This can be caused by a failing ABS ECU or its related wiring. Having a thorough diagnotic performed by someone with the proper tools and knowledge would be the best thing to do at this point.
