My Problem is that the door ajar light stay on all the time along with all the interior lights. they never turn off. I have tried to reset the pcm with unhooking the battery, checked all fuses, looked for door pins and greased all the dooe latches. took all door panels off and diconnected all door latch electrical. still same thing. dont know where to go from here. or what to check. thanks for any help you could give thanks again.

Answer
I have to start by saying that there is no common cause for the problem you are having. Isolating the cause is going to be difficult. Since you've already eliminated the door latches as a concern is a start. The circuit you're working with is simple, a grounding switch is all that is needed to actuate the interior lights and the door ajar warning lamp. And that is where this simple circuit goes bad. All it takes is for a broken wire to find a place to find a ground to keep the lights on. The most likely place to start looking for the short to ground would be to peel back the carpet under the where the drivers feet would be and check the wiring harness that leads up to the instrument panel for broken wiring. Let me know if you found a problem.
