Dodge Repair: Dodge Intrepid, transmission repair shop, dodge intrepid

I have a 1996 Dodge intrepid sometimes when i drive it i guess u can say it goes into limp mode the check engine light is on i got the code scanned and its a p code. Its the overdrive pressure switch circuit. What do i have to do to get this fixed? Thanks

The quick fix would be to replace the soleniod pack on the valve body inside the transmission. Or you could take it to a reputable transmission repair shop to have the transmission thoroughly checked. Which might not be a bad idea concidering the age of the car.
