Dodge Repair: 03 Dodge Neon Limp Mode, dodge neon, neon 2

Not sure what the problem is,2003 Dodge Neon 2.0 automatic trans car started not wanting to shift into second speedometer fluttering would turn car on and off and car would shift ok then every time I would stop it would down shift hard then go back into limp mode, I have had this problem before and replaced the input and output sensors and worked fine, I did that this time and replaced both input & output sensors, now speedometer wont work at all and wont shift out of first gear, what else can I do

Reading that your speedometer is not working I think one of two things may be the cause. First, you could have gotten a bad output sensor. Second, the wire terminal at the sensor could have pushed out of the connector or one of the wires at the sensor may have broken. Check the latter first, if all seems to be OK get another output sensor. Also, is the CHECK ENGINE light on? And if so, have you checked the codes?
