Dodge Repair: Stalling problem, dodge ram 1500, pcv

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, 5.2L
The issue comes and goes, but when acting up it is consistent.  It runs fine when started or when accelerating, but when letting up off the gas the RPM drops and it stalls. No check engine light.  Plugs, cap, rotor, PCV, and IAC valve have been replaced.  Any input on where to go next?  I THOUGHT the IAC fixed it, but it turned out to just be a coincidence and one of those times it just starts running fine again.  If not too expensive I also have no problem throwing a few more parts at it as long as the odds are high.

being that it does not happen all the time there is not much I can say or do over the internet about it  and throwing parts at it makes matters worse  all U end up doing is wasting money and changing the original issue to which u are trying to figure this issue out.
