Dodge Repair: lights, passive restraint systems, dodge ram 1500

Question
All my other lights work but the turn signal and flasher lights do not work on a 1998 dodge ram 1500. I am reading that it might be the flasher relay but where is that located, I looked in the regular fuse box but didn't see any round silver fuses.

Answer
COMBINATION FLASHER
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, Refer to PASSIVE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

1.Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2.Remove the fuse access panel by unsnapping it from the left end of the instrument panel Junction Block .
3.Unplug the combination flasher from the junction block.
4.Install the combination flasher by aligning the flasher terminals with the cavities in the junction block and pushing the flasher firmly into place.
5.Connect the battery negative cable.
6.Test the flasher operation.
7.Reinstall the fuse access panel.
