Dodge Repair: dash lights on, dodge minivan, caravan voyager

Question
Kevin,

2003 Dodge minivan 3.3 engine

One morning I started the engine and the brake and ABS light came on and have stayed on since. I don't have ABS. Its been a few months. I'm getting close to vehicle inspection time. I haven't had any issues with the brakes at all other than the light coming on. What can I do to get the lights off and not be an issue for vehicle inspection?

Thanks,
Bob
