Dodge Repair: change bulbs on front bumper running lights, 4 wd, negative cable

How do you change the bulb and lens (the whole unit) of the round running lights in the front bumper of a 2002 3/4 ton dodge 4 WD pickup?

Answer
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the push pins attaching the seal to the fender.
Remove the bolts attaching the headlamp unit to the fender (Headlamp - Typical).
Remove the bulb sockets from the headlamp unit
Separate headlamp unit from vehicle.
