Dodge Repair: wiper fuse keeps blowing, fuse, windshield

Kevin....I have a 96' 2500 Ram. The windshield wipers blow a fuse everytime I replace it. all I have to do is turn the key on and it blows? I cannot find a visible short. Where else do I look?

its not a matter of where to look that I cant tell u.
Get a wire diagram of that circuit and start to brake it up into segments. Seance u can duplicate it each time  do something like unplug a connector  or motor  ect  and then see if it still does it.
