Dodge Repair: Upper Engine Cowl, negative battery cable, windshield wiper arms

Question
I took my 2004 Dodge Durango in because the check engine light came on.  Apparently, some water leaked into the engine area and corroded the spark plugs.  This was caused by a defectively designed upper engine cowl.  I am having the shop replace the plugs, but thought I could do the upper engine cowl myself, but I cannot find the part number.  This was apparently a techical service bulletin (NHTSA ITEM NUMBER:10020194).  Not sure if that's the correct TSB though.  Any help would be appreciated.
