Dodge Repair: no heat/blown fuse, dodge neon sxt, blown fuse

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I drive a 2003 Dodge neon SXT.  A few weeks ago my heater started blowing cold air.  I was told to have a new thermostat installed.  I did that and it was still blowing cold air.  Then I took it to the dealership and someone in the service dept. said that a napkin probably fell from the glove compartment and got caught in some hose or something underneath.  He told me what to remove and to get the napkin out of it.  I took that part off and there was no napkin stuck in it.  The heater still is blowing cold air.  So, I decided to try to "make do" until I could afford to have my car repaired and get a ceramic dashboard heater/defroster, the one that plugs into the power outlet.  Well, I did that and after 10 minutes, it quit working.  I decided to try my cellphone charger to see if it was the heater or the power outlet.  My charger no longer worked either.  I assume it is a blown fuse.  But I have no idea about what to do. i just want a little heat until I can afford to get my car repaired.

ANSWER: what part does not work  the air moving  or no heat?

QUESTION: The air moves fine.  The part that doesn't work is the heat.  I wish I could have you look at my car but I'm in North Carolina.

Answer
there is not a fuse or a motor for the hear/ac control the door is moved by a cable not a motor. U will need to take out most of the center vents to see the cable and door then move it with your had to see if u have a cable issue or a door itself issue.
