How do you replace the sliding door motor and cable for a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Answer
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
Remove the door trim panel from the appropriate side door. Refer to the Body section for the procedure.
Remove water shield as necessary to gain access to motor assembly.
Remove retaining clip holding flex drive assembly to the motor(Flex Drive Retaining Clip). Pull flex drive cable straight out of the motor assembly.
Disconnect door motor electrical connector.
Remove the 4 screws holding the motor to the inner door panel.
Remove the motor assembly from the vehicle.
