Dodge Repair: 2000 Dodge Caravan Tailgate, dodge caravan, key cylinder

Question
Hi Kevin,

I have a bad key cylinder on the tailgate handle that I would like to replace.  I had no trouble removing the tailgate cover assembly.  The lock actuator rod was easy to disconnect. The rod from the exterior handle was easy to remove from the latch.  But I couldn't figure out what was holding the handle on the tailgate.  Can you give me a clue?
