Dodge Repair: Headlight and foglight, rhd vehicles, fog light

I live in canada I have a 2003 neon passenger foglight and drivers headlight need to be changed can you tell me how to do this

the fog light bulb will twist out  
the head light

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove three screws attaching fascia to radiator crossmember and carefully bend fascia forward to allow removal of headlamp unit. For Canadian, Export, or RHD vehicles, remove screws attaching headlamp unit to upper crossmember.
Remove headlamp unit from vehicle.
Disconnect wire connector from back of headlamp (HEADLAMP UNIT).
Rotate retaining ring counterclockwise one quarter turn.
Remove retaining ring from headlamp unit.
Remove bulb from headlamp unit (HEADLAMP AND HEADLAMP UNIT - CANADA/EXPORT/RHD).
