Dodge Repair: passenger side headlight, module id, pdc

Question
I have a 2003 dodge i/2 ton 4x4 with hemi .The headlight went out the other day .I replaced the headlight still nothing , no power to outlight .I took it to the dealer n they said it was the front control module an was going to cost me alot .This truck i bought new in late 03 n has only 36,000 on it .Does this sound like its the module ,id think it would be in the switch but they said they checked that .Any ideas

the front controller is a more likely suspect sense only one is working and the other is not.
The switch is a multi plex system where a single wire signal is sent to the front controller telling it to turn on the lights.
I have also seen the PDC the box that the front controller attaches to also go bad.
