Dodge Repair: 2002 dodge neon dtc P0750, solenoid pack, dodge neon

Question
QUESTION: I HAVE 2002 NEON P0750 R/L SOLINOID CIRCUIT. NO VOLTAGE TO EATX SOLINOID PACK. FUSES OK. RELAY OK. POSSIBLE TCM?

ANSWER: P0750-LR SOLENOID CIRCUIT

more then likely the solenoid pack is bad.

QUESTION: BUT I HAVE NO VOLTAGE TO SOLENOID PAC? DOES THE TCM ENERGIZE THE EATX RELAY?

ANSWER: where and how are u checking to see if the relay has power?

QUESTION: at pin 16 and 17 at the tcm. wires ohm good from tcm to eatx solenoid? thinking it has to be tcm 12volts going in no voltage coming out. grounds at tcm good.

Answer
pin 16 and 17 will only have voltage in the relay is closed the relay under the hood in the PDC fuse box. The relay is controlled or turned on via the TCM sending a voltage signal on pin  15 up to the TCM relay.

this is also why U dont have voltage at the pins as well  the tranny is in limp in mode U wont go out of second gear.

OPERATION
The relay is supplied fused B+ voltage, energized by the TCM, and is used to supply power to the solenoid pack when the transmission is in normal operating mode. When the relay is “off”, no power is supplied to the solenoid pack and the transmission is in “limp-in” mode. After a controller reset (ignition key turned to the “run” position or after cranking engine), the TCM energizes the relay. Prior to this, the TCM verifies that the contacts are open by checking for no voltage at the switched battery terminals. After this is verified, the voltage at the solenoid pack pressure switches is checked. After the relay is energized, the TCM monitors the terminals to verify that the voltage is greater than 3 volts.
