Dodge Repair: 2000 Dodge Intrepid Outside Mirror, power window switch, 2000 dodge intrepid

Question
The passenger side outside power mirror was sheared from it's mounting when my son came too close to a fence post.  Wires still attached.  The shop manual I referred to to remove the  broken mirror showed what to do to take the old mirror off with one glaring omission.  When it comes to the wiring harnes  is just says disconnect the wiring.  But where and how?  One end of the harness disappears in to the guts of the door.  The other end disappears in to the mirror housing.  If I can find out where and how to disconnect the wiring, I can handle the replacement myself instead of speding big bucks at the dealer.  Can you help?
