Dodge Repair: Dodge Stratus R/T, dodge stratus, signal lights

My daughters car dies when she lets off the gas, we put a new switch in the steering column for the turning signal/lights and a new battery and the computer that was hooked up on it says nothing is wrong, do you know what is wrong?

u erased about any hope of finding the issue by replacing the battery  now u will haft to drive it for awhile until a check engine light comes on or just drive it for a week or so until some data is stored in the computer to give a lead to what the issue is to a tech with a scanner.
