Dodge Repair: Durango power window and lock problems, positon, a22

Question
I have a 1998 Durango, 5.9L. One day the windows would not power down (stuck in the fully up position) from the driver's side and all passenger positions. At the same time, the power lock on the driver's side will not lock or unlock, but the passernger side will unlock, but not lock. The key fob will lock and unlock the doors. I recently purchased a wiring diagram, and noticed that the windows and locks come off the junction block. I get 12 volts to the items next to the windows on the junction block, but I don't get 12 volts to the window circuit breaker (big silver "fuse" in the #20 positon and it was not blown-it had good continuity). I tried to remove the juction block to trouble shoot a little more, but it looks like a real pain to remove. Do you have any suggestions?

Answer
if u say U are not getting power at the circuit breaker with the key on  then u have a bad junction block. The power supply A22 is from the ign SWITCH  BUT that A22 also supplies the same power to several other fuses items  like ac blower motor and such   if they did not work as well I would say bad ign switch  but if only the windows and part of the door locks  I would say junction block is a good start.
